Indiana United Ways Statewide Capital Project Initiative

Nonprofits with real estate needs directly associated with providing essential health and human services in community spaces may be eligible to apply for a matching capital grant. All nonprofits must apply in collaboration with a local IUW Member United Way. Find the local IUW Member United Way serving your county in the map below.

Applications are now open. Please allow up to 30 days for a response to your eligibility assessment.
Do NOT submit multiple forms as this may cause further delays in responding to all inquiries.

Tiers of Funding Available:
Tier 1 – $50K-$200K
Tier 2 – $200,001-$1.5 million.

Match Required: 1:1 match

Application Window:
January 8, 2024-March 31, 2028
